CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. — In a pair of new lawsuits, the company that leases space in Buffalo’s Walden Galleria said Victoria’s Secret and its Pink store have not made rent payments since March.
The stores are owned by the Columbus, Ohio-based L Brands Inc.
The lawsuits were filed Aug. 14 in Erie County Supreme Court by Pyramid Management Group LLC, the mall’s managing agent for Pyramid Walden Co. LP.
