BUFFALO, N.Y. — This is Festival Fest! The greatest thing to happen to Monday since the three day weekend on a three day weekend.
It is the unofficial start of summer but we are officially ready for it.
Here are some events for the weekend of June 1st and 2nd.
Saturday:
- Water Lantern Festival returns to the Outer Harbor.
- 100 American Craftsmen brings its wares to Lockport
- Buffalo Greek Fest
- Run the 'Burg storms Hamburg
Sunday:
- Buffalo Pride Parade on Elmwood Ave
- Buffalo Pride Festival at Canalside
- Taste of Tonawanda Gateway Harbor Park
- Girls on the Run 5K UB North Campus

- Alden Concert in the Park is Wednesday, May 29th
- Also on the Wednesday, Vets and Vettes super cruise honors veterans
- Rally for Rescued Pets Saturday in Lackawanna
- Homecoming on Main celebrates Williamsville on Saturday
- 4th annual Allegany Garden Festival blooms on Saturday
No meat raffles. You'll have to bob for pork chops on your own time.
