Woman accused of wiping cow feces on Social Services employee's car

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY, N.Y. - An Allegany woman is facing charges after she allegedly wiped cow feces on the vehicle of a Department of Social Services employee, as well as threatening to throw cow feces in the same worker's face.

According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office Facebook page, Mary McConnell, 30, is charged with third degree criminal tampering and harassment in the second degree.

McConnell turned herself in and was issued an appearance ticket to return to court at a later date.
