Third teen charged in Albion Middle School threat pleads guilty

According to investigators, the 13 year-olds planned the attack using the social gaming app Discord.

ALBION, N.Y. — The third teenager who was charged with making threats against Albion Middle School pleaded guilty.

Because of their ages, the names of the teenagers are not being released.

This happened late Tuesday night, according to the Orleans County District Attorney.

The other two students who were also involved in the incident pleaded guilty last week.

According to investigators, the 13 year-olds planned the attack using the social gaming app Discord.

And the District Attorney says the pleas do not include any promises as far as sentences, and until that sentence, they're still barred from attending any school in the Albion Central School System.
