ALBION, N.Y. — A New York State Correction officer is in trouble with the law.
State Police say they've arrested 26-year-old David Stupnick of Medina and charged him with sex abuse and official misconduct.
Police say Stupnick is accused of inappropriate sexual relations with two female inmates at the Albion Correctional Facility, where he works as a correction officer.
Stupnick is due back in town court next month.
