JAMESTOWN, N.Y. - Jamestown police say a man is under arrest, accused of sexual assault inside a laundromat.
Dennis L. Park Jr., 33, of Conewango, is accused of sexually assaulting a female at knife point. The incident took place Tuesday morning on Marion St.
Authorities found Park after the victim was able to provide them with his description He was charged after the victim was able to ID him as the person who attacked her. He's been charged with criminal sex act in the first degree, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, second degree menacing, criminal obstruction of breathing and forcible touching.
The investigation is continuing. Authorities say further charges are expected.
