Jamestown police have made multiple arrests in connection with a string of crimes during the month of November.
Police say between November 21 and November 26, Kyle Seekings, 21, and 3 juvenile males, threw rocks and snowballs at moving vehicles in the North Main and Foote Avenue area.
The estimated property damage is in excess of $30,000.
Seekings has been charged with six counts of criminal mischief in the 2nd degree and seven counts of criminal mischief in the 3rd degree.
Police say the three juveniles who were also involved in these crimes will be petitioned to family court.
