East Concord man arrested for public lewdness in Orchard Park

Orchard Park Police have arrested a man of charges of public lewdness.

ORCHARD PARK, NY-- Orchard Park Police have arrested a man of charges of public lewdness.

Samuel Renaldo, of East Concord, has been charged with Public Lewdness and Exposure.

Police say they were called to the Target on Amanda Lane when a woman told them a man pulled up to her asking for directions, and was pleasuring himself as he spoke with her. The woman was able to report his license plate number to police.

New York State Police detained Renaldo at his home. The woman was able to positively identify the subject.

Renaldo was released after being arraigned from jail. He will appear in the Town of Orchard Park Court on August 28.
