ATTICA, N.Y.-- An Olean man, accused of driving while intoxicated, is facing multiple charges after he allegedly kicked and punched an Attica Police Officer on Thursday.

Police responded to Dunbar Road in the Town of Attica on Thursday for report of a vehicle in the ditch. The driver of the vehicle, identified as David F. Woods Jr., 46, refused medical treatment from Attica Fire Department responders.
