BUFFALO, NY - A Franklinville couple has been charged with felony grand larceny for allegedly stealing and using a credit card, according to the Erie County Sheriff.
Police say Mary Gray, 37, and Kenny Everts, 36, were arrested on April 23 and charged with felony grand larceny after they allegedly stole a purse from a Sardinia bar.
The investigating Deputy looked at the alleged victim's credit card statement, and followed the trail to a convenience store in the Town of Yorkshire where surveillance cameras were reviewed.
Those cameras showed Everts and Gray purchasing beer, beef jerky, and cigarettes during multiple trips into the store.
Both were arrested and released on appearance tickets.
