GENESEE COUNTY, N.Y. - Authorities say they made an arrest in connection with a deadly hit-and-run of a teenager at Darien Lake early Saturday morning.
Jennifer Serrano, 48, of Irving, New York, was arrested Sunday afternoon and charged with second degree vehicular manslaughter and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.
Serrano is accused of hitting 18-year-old Connor Lynskey with her car, while he was walking on the shoulder of Sumner Road near Harlow Road after the Jason Aldean concert at Darien Lake.
Lynskey's friends became aware he did not return to their campsite after the concert and alerted authorities.
Serrano's vehicle was seized during a search warrant executed early Sunday morning. She was taken to Genesee County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond.
