BUFFALO, N.Y. — The thriving North Buffalo community is the star of a new video, which premiered on Monday.
The video was shown to enthusiastic supporters at the recently restored North Park Theatre.
The eight-minute video features many attractions of the area ranging from art and cultural institutions to Hertel Avenue businesses and unique neighborhoods. It also includes comments from neighborhood residents and business owners as to why they love living and working there.
Delaware Councilman Joel Feroleto says it will acquaint both city residents and visitors with the charm of North Buffalo.
"We want tourists from outside the area - when they see this video to remind them how close in proximity everything is - because a lot of people that are from out of town that are going to the Darwin Martin House might not be aware of all the wonderful things just a few blocks away on Hertel Avenue," he said.
