BUFFALO, N.Y. — Harry Stinson's latest plan for the Buffalo Grand Hotel is no laughing matter.
Stinson confirmed he has signed a deal with the Toronto-based chain, Yuk Yuk's International Stand Up Comedy Clubs Inc., to open a 300-seat club in the hotel. The club, located where the former Le Club nightclub operated, is scheduled to open in September with live shows on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
For Yuk Yuk's, it marks the chain's return to Buffalo. In the 1980s, it had a location on Hertel Avenue. Yuk Yuk's also has a club in Niagara Falls, Ont. You can read more on Buffalo Business First's website.
