LEWISTON, N.Y. — It's fairly simple why a 99-year-old home on one of Lewiston’s most exclusive streets would be listed at $1.25 million, real estate agent Tracy Heneghan said.

“It begins with the view,” Heneghan said while walking through the 5,256-square-foot, six-bedroom house at 453 Mountain View Drive. “It is drop-dead gorgeous.”

The house is the private residence of Drew Pfirrman, retired M&T Bank senior vice president and general counsel. Pfirrman and his wife, Brenda, are relocating to the Sarasota area. To see pictures of this home, check out Buffalo Business First's website.
