BUFFALO, N.Y. — For the first time, Uniland Development Co. has acquired a building that sits within the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus footprint.

Uniland Elmwood II LLC paid $4.335 million for the two-story 32,876-square-foot former Lifetime Health building at 899 Main St., according to documents filed in the Erie County Clerk’s office. The building, which was developed in 1993, had been owned by Excellus Health Plan Inc. and on the market for several months. For many years, it was home to the William E. Mosher Health Center, which closed in late December.

Uniland officials could not be reached for comment about the development company’s plans for the building.  You can read the full article on Buffalo Business First's website
