Tops Friendly Markets and Instacart have partnered for home delivery.

BUFFALO, NY-- Tops Friendly Markets and Instacart have partnered for home delivery.

Customers can soon shop online for groceries and have their order delivered to their door in as little as one hour.

“We know that our customers lead busy, active lifestyles so being able to offer them home delivery essentially gives them the gift of time” said Diane Colgan, senior vice president, marketing for TOPS in a released statement. “Thanks to our partnership with Instacart, our customers will now have thousands of items including fresh meat, seafood, and produce literally right at their fingertips. Customers will not only find a vast majority of our in store deals online, but will still find the brands they love, all while earning the gas points they value that they can redeem when they visit our fuel stations.”

Tops customers can still earn gas reward points through their online shopping.

Tops plans to roll out the program prior to Thanksgiving, although no exact date was given. Once the program is launched, you will be able to go to their site to see if delivery is available in your area. The website, once live, is: TopsMarkets.com/Instacart.

Once it launches, Tops will offer free delivery for the first two months when customers shop at Tops. After the first two months, the standard Instacart delivery fee is $5.99. As with other retailers, Instacart defaults to an optional 10% service amount of your total order. However, can remove this amount before you finish placing your order. Tipping is customary, but optional.
