BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Spectrum store will open at the former Western Regional OTB spot on Delaware Avenue.
The store is being built at 2228 Delaware Ave., and Spectrum hopes to open the store in late December, according to Heidi Vandenbrouck, Charter Communications senior communications manager.
Earlier this year, Benderson Development, through its 570 Delaware III LLC affiliate, purchased the former OTB location for $705,000, Business First previously reported. The 4,500-square-foot building is an out-parcel to Benderson’s Delaware Commons Plaza. You can read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website.
