Seneca Sports Lounge unveiled at KeyBank Center

Sabres owner Kim Pegula said the lounge could open up the opportunity for sports-betting inside the arena.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — A new sports lounge unveiled in the KeyBank Center aims to create a new spectating experience for Sabres fans.

The Seneca Sports Lounge is a partnership between the Seneca Gaming Corporation and Pegula Sports & Entertainment LLC.

The lounge is located on the 200 level of the KeyBank Center and features concessions stands and seating overlooking the ice rink. There will also be televisions and a sports ticker.

Sabres owner Kim Pegula said the lounge could open up the opportunity for sports-betting inside the arena.

"As state law changes we look forward to really partnering again with Seneca to see if there's any ways that we can grow with them as well in the future," Pegula told 2 On Your Side.

The sports lounge will open for the home opener on Saturday.
