Saigon Bangkok owner buys Sheridan Drive plaza; restaurants not relocating

Saigon Bangkok will remain at its present locations at 512 Niagara Falls Blvd., Tonawanda, and 8080 Transit Road, Amherst and will not relocate to the plaza.

TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. — An investment group led by the owner of Saigon Bangkok restaurant has purchased a fully leased Town of Tonawanda plaza.

Saigon Bangkok founder Phat (Patrick) Troung and Mytrinah Tran acquired the 7,831-square-foot shopping center at 2889 Sheridan Drive for $690,000, according to July 28 filings in the Erie County Clerk’s office. The plaza had been owned by Amherst investment group Elvis Bug LLC.

“They were looking for a suburban investment property and this plaza came up,” said Gary DeCarlo from CRE Global LLC who brokered the deal with co-worker Andrea Brozyna.  You can read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website
