BUFFALO, N.Y. — TM Montante Development is ready to begin work on its first project at the former Millard Fillmore Gates Circle Hospital campus.

Company representatives will meet with the Buffalo Planning Board later Monday to review the proposed $11 million makeover of a former medical office building at 1275 Delaware Avenue. Plans call for the building to be anchored by 33 apartments, 11 of which will be two-bedroom units.

While two projects have opened on the Gates Circle campus — Canterbury Woods Gates Circle and People Inc’s Linwood-Lafayette Senior Apartments, this marks the first time TM Montante has started one of its own developments on the former hospital property.
