Planning board to review $26 million in Canalside projects

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Nearly $26 million in Canalside developments will be up for review when the Buffalo Planning Board convenes on Oct. 7.

Up for review is Sinatra & Co.’s $21 million Heritage Point mixed-use buildings that neighbor the recently-opened Explore & More -The Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Children’s Museum. and the $5.3 million Buffalo Heritage Carousel. The review sets the stage for construction on both to begin by next spring.

Sinatra’s project, dubbed Heritage Point, is the first to bring a residential aspect to downtown’s lower Main Street area that already welcomes more than 1.5 million waterfront visitors.  You can read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website
