BUFFALO, N.Y. — The fate of Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, whose local presence has dwindled down to two regional outlets, could be determined in the next few weeks.
The Memphis-based chain, officially called Perkins & Marie Callender’s Inc., may put itself up for sale and/or file for bankruptcy protection, according various restaurant industry reports.
