Owner of Seneca One Tower teams up with the IDA to put cars on lower Main Street

The IDA has set a Jan. 31 public hearing and the agency’s board is expected to consider the action in February.

Since Washington developer Douglas Jemal arrived on the local landscape four years ago, he has prided himself on privately financing all of his deals including the more than $120 million invested in his signature Seneca One Tower renovation effort.

Ditto for Seneca One’s anchor tenant, M&T Bank, who will be bringing more than 1,500 high tech and IT workers into the building in the coming months.
