BUFFALO, N.Y. — A packed Buffalo Planning Board agenda, with a combined $225 million in projects, is set for Monday's meeting. It begins at 4 p.m. in Buffalo City Hall, room 901.

Among the items:

• The board will decide whether the $100-million-plus Elmwood Crossing mixed-use development, set for the now-closed Women & Children's Hospital of Buffalo campus, meets certain requirements for a mandated environmental review.

• Ciminelli Real Estate hopes to get approval for its $50 million 201 Ellicott project that would turn a surface parking lot at 201 Ellicott Street into a mixed-use building with 201 apartments and a 20,000-square-foot Braymiller's Market. The Buffalo Zoning Board of Appeals last week approved 14 variances for the project.  You can read the full agenda on Buffalo Business First's website
