BUFFALO, N.Y. — Downtown development was a big topic from Friday afternoon's State of the City address.
Mayor Brown announced that M&T Bank will be bringing 1,000 high tech jobs to city.
According to the Buffalo News, last year M&T Bank was looking for 250,000 square feet of new office space that would be available this June.
