Montante, Uniland Development Co. vice president, believes there is a pent-up demand for the 12 upscale townhouses that will be constructed on the former Park Lane Restaurant property that overlooks Gates Circle.
Even against the Covid-19 pandemic landscape, Montante thinks there is a strong market for the townhouses that will range in price between $850,000 for those facing Lancaster Avenue to $1.5 million for the units that front on Gates Circle.
