BUFFALO, N.Y. — For the second time in recent months, an out-of-state developer has taken steps to build a massive housing project that targets University at Buffalo students.
Combined the two projects represent $100 million in around UB's North campus in Amherst.
Chicago-based Core Spaces LLC, through its Core Forest Amherst LLC affiliate, paid $750,000 for three vacant North Forest Road properties where it seeks to build a four-story, 154-unit apartment complex.
