New Goodwill location opened at Southgate Plaza in West Seneca

The 12,000-square-foot facility replaces Goodwill's former store on Seneca Street.

WEST SENECA, N.Y. — Goodwill of Western New York has opened its newest retail store and donation center.

It's located in Southgate Plaza in West Seneca.

The 12,000-square-foot facility replaces Goodwill's former store on Seneca Street.

There will be a drive-up donation area and even a satellite office for its Goodskills career builder program.

"When someone purchases something here, they're not only purchasing something for themselves, but those dollars are going back into workforce development getting people great paying jobs. And most importantly - our donors. When people donate to us, those donations are turned into dollars that are then put right back into the community in workforce development or jobs," said Thomas Ulbrich, Goodwill of WNY president and CEO.

The new store will be open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays.
