NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. — Angelo Tomasello said a need for more apartment options in the Northtowns is the driving force behind the plan to build his first apartment complex in the Town of Tonawanda.
The project: Tomasello will start work in early 2022 on a $2 million, 12-unit apartment building on a vacant parcel at 2415 Sheridan Drive. All apartments will have two bedrooms and on-site parking.
“It is really filling a need,” Tomasello said.
