BUFFALO, N.Y. — Construction is underway on a new $7 million development on Hertel Avenue.
The 5-story building will include retail space, apartments and underground parking.
The building is going on the site of a former gas station on Hertel at Parkside and continue the revitalization of North Buffalo.

The 34 apartments will range in size from 500 to 1,000 square feet. The building should be ready for residents to move-in in 2020.
