NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — Blue Cardinal Capital has acquired a sprawling downtown Niagara Falls real estate portfolio that includes 38 parcels, mostly along Main Street.

Blue Cardinal paid $3.2 million for the properties, including the former Jenss Department Store, buying them from Niagara County investor Richard Hastings.

The deal is the first in Niagara Falls that will take advantage of the new, federal Opportunity Zone tax credits.  You can read more on the deail on Buffalo Business First's website
