BUFFALO, N.Y. — The City of Buffalo teamed up with McDonald's Franchisees to hire nearly 200 people this summer.

Through the program Archways to Opportunity, McDonald's is not only offering people jobs, but those enrolled in the program an opportunity to get education scholarships.

These opportunities are open to all employees, and all ages, from high schoolers to senior citizens.

Eligible employees have an opportunity to earn a high school diploma, receive upfront college tuition assistance, access free education, advising services, and learn English as a second language.
