BUFFALO, N.Y. — Bootleg Bucha, a Buffalo kombucha manufacturer, has acquired a 15,000-square-foot building at 160 James E. Casey Drive with plans to expand its production operations.
A Bootleg Bucha affiliate — 160 James E. Casey LLC — bought the building for $950,000 from Cintas Corporation No. 2, according to documents filed in the Erie County Clerk’s office. Cintas moved to its Genesee Street hub in Lancaster.
Bootleg Bucha was one of six companies interested in the building, said Lida Eberz, CBRE/Buffalo broker, who handled the deal. The building was listed last summer with a $900,000 asking price. You can read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website.
