BUFFALO, N.Y. — High-end real-estate activity exploded in Erie County in August.
The county clerk’s office recorded 154 transactions worth $400,000 or more between Aug. 1 and 30, according to listings that were released this morning.
High-end deals are informally defined as property sales that meet or exceed the $400,000 threshold. Included in the August rundown are 21 transactions worth $1 million or more. You can see the list of high-end deals on Buffalo Business First's website.
