BUFFALO, N.Y. — Just days after filing for bankruptcy, Athenex Inc. has filed a WARN notice with the state Department of Labor for its 123 Western New York employees.

According to the notice, the Buffalo location had 79 employees and the Clarence site 44. The Clarence location laid off 92 employees in December. The notice states the separations began May 12 and will continue June 29 and Aug. 11. The employees were not represented by a union.  You can read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website
