ERIE COUNTY, N.Y. — Airbnb continues to grow as an overnight option for people visiting Western New York.
In annual statistics compiled by San Francisco-headquartered Airbnb Inc., those using a designated location increased more than 47 percent in the past year, rising from more than 140,100 guests in 2018 to an estimated 206,000 last year.
Erie County has more than 580 Airbnb hosts and welcomed some 102,600 guests compared with 77,500 in 2018. You can read more on Buffalo Business First's website.
