BUFFALO, N.Y. — Crews in Hamburg are preparing a vintage steam locomotive so it's ready for fall explorers this month.
The Buffalo, Cattaraugus, and Jamestown Scenic Railroad will operate fall foliage and Halloween rides on the historic train through the end of October. Trains will leave from the Village of Hamburg's historic Erie Railroad Depot 4 on Scott Street.
Fall Foliage Rides:
- October 5th, 6th, 19th, and 20th
- Departing at 10 am, 12:30 pm, and 3 pm
- 1 - 1.5 hours each
- Adults: $18, Kids: $15, lap children: free
Spooky Steam Halloween Rides:
- October 26th and 27th
- Departing at 10 am and 2 pm
- 2.5 - 3 hours each (includes one hour stop at Zittel's Country Market)
- Adults: $20, Kids: $15, lap children: free
