LOOK AT WHAT'S TRENDING!

The eyes have it and it's making everyone uncomfortable.

It seems the intersection of the phrases, "never let them see you sweat" and "the eyes are the windows to the soul" collided nicely this week on the unsettling face of new Jets head coach Adam Gase. His eyes didn't just open the door to the Internet's meme closet, they burned off the hinges and threw the door onto the lawn before lighting it on fire and burying the ashes somewhere deep in an undisclosed location.

Gase had everyone wondering, "what on Earth is happening?" at his introductory press conference. His eyes, wide as saucers, were darting everywhere and nowhere.

Of course the Internet couldn't just let this weird moment in time go. Oh, no. Someone took it further by adding a cartoon taco to the footage and setting it to music.

SB Nation wrote that he became a meme "faster than any coach in NFL history".

In response, Gase said he didn't know what a meme was. Jets fans are probably hoping he knows slightly more about winning football games. One thing's for sure: it seems to me Adam Gase is a guy who keeps his eye on the ball--and the fans and the beer vendor, the hot dog guy, the parking lot, his dry cleaning receipts, that squirrel and any number of imaginary gremlins running around the immediate area.

In other buzz worthy news: dogs and cats, living together, mass hysteria!!

A new Ghostbusters is in the works.

Jason Reitman, son of Ivan who directed the original is set to direct. He also co-wrote the screenplay.

It's going to be the next chapter in the story, but that's pretty much all we know. The movie could start shooting in the summer with a possible release date in 2020. We don't know yet if any of the original cast might be part of it.

A lot of mystery here still.

Stay tuned.

Look at this thing.

And how about this for mystery.

Check out this giant ice disk!

It appeared over the weekend in a small town Maine and it's just cool--all the way around.

Scientists say this is rare but perfectly natural.

It all started with a piece of ice that started to rotate and as it continues to turn, hitting the rocks and the water, the sides are shaved down making this giant frozen circle.

People are mesmerized by it. They're watching it online and coming to see it in person.

And because we like to bring things full circle here on What's Trending. I made this.
