GQ Cover Lampoons Vanity Fair Gaffe

I can't quite put my finger on it, but there's something just a little bit off about the cover of GQ's Comedy Issue. Also, getting evicted is tough. Getting evicted by your parents? Well, that's what's trending.

Today's trending takes us just down the Thruway, a Syracuse area man is dealing with an eviction notice--which may not seem like a big deal until you know a couple things: he's 30 and it came from his parents.

Christina and Mark Rotondo say they've been trying to get their 30-year-old son Michael to move out of their house for several months. He wouldn't budge. So they finally said enough is enough. They gave him 14 days and even offered him $1,100 to find somewhere else to stay.

Because he is a family member, they've been told the only way they can have him removed is through something called an ejectment proceeding. A hearing is scheduled for next week on this. Michael is asking the court to dismiss his parent's request on the grounds the written notices did not give him enough time to leave.

He is 30.

They say three's a crowd and the cover of GQ's Comedy Issue is definitely a little crowded. It features Kate McKinnon, Issa Rae and Sarah Silverman--that's not why, though. It may take you a second but you will eventually notice something or maybe a bunch of things are just a little bit off.

There are a few extra arms and legs. An errant hand just hanging out beneath Sarah Silverman.

This is a spoof of the unintentionally funny Vanity Fair Hollywood cover from earlier this year. It featured a Photoshop fail that made it look like Reese Witherspoon had three legs.

Vanity Fair definitely showed its sense of humor with its response to the cover tweeting: "It's not going out on a limb to say we love Issa, Kate, and Sarah. Props to GQ Magazine for getting a leg up on this trend."
