Festival Fest for the last weekend of 2019

We only had one event sent to us this week. So since she had some extra time, Kate did tried something a little different.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Hello everyone. This is Festival Fest -- the thing I do where I talk about things to do in WNY. It is Christmas Eve Eve and I know that people are probably very busy, running around, Away in Macy's, whatever they're doing.

This week for the first time ever I received just one event to festivalfest@WGRZ.com, which is the best way to get events on Festival Fest. Two weeks notice is preferred. After that there are no guarantees.

Yeah, so just one event, this week.

Listen. Do you hear what I hear? If you're not good, Santa will put coal in your sock. This will not do. Where was I? Let's see.... one event.

We have one event but it's a really interesting one.

It's on December 26. It's at St. Bernadette Church in Orchard Park and they call it an "Inclusive Mass." They say it's a sensory friendly, mellow, shorter service and it's really geared toward people with special needs.

So, again, that is Thursday, December 26 in Orchard Park.

Just one event but because it is the holiday season, I thought it would be fun to do something fun because we all get really stressed out with all the stuff we have to do and we never do anything fun.

So, today I'm going to do something I've never done before which is -- make paper snowflakes.

If you want to see how that turned out, including an appearance from everybody's favorite Anchor Cat, check out the attached video.
