BUFFALO, N.Y. — Earlier this year, Business First conducted a survey to their reader's 100 favorite restaurants in Western New York.
Participants were asked to name their five favorite restaurants in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls area, as well as their specific choices in 39 categories.
This year’s participation rate yielded 1,062 valid responses — nearly double the total a year ago.
