BUFFALO, N.Y. — Keelin Berrian is a weekend Multi-skilled Journalist at WGRZ in Buffalo, NY.

He is a Georgian, where he was born and raised in Valdosta, GA. After graduating from Valdosta High, Keelin attended Georgia State University, in downtown Atlanta where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Journalism and Political Science in 2021. 

While attending the University, He was apart of his school’s student media at Panther Report News and won “Best Hard News Story” given by the Associated Collegiate Press. 

Keelin started his career in journalism immediately after graduating college in Erie, Pa at WICU. He was a Multi Media Journalist/Producer.

While in Erie, he covered many different stories including, the May 14th Tops Friendly Market Shooting and the famous author, Salman Rushdie attack.

Keelin likes reporting hard news and personal stories. He says he got into the industry “to give a voice to the voiceless and help seek answers for those who can’t.” 

Keelin loves playing soccer, binge watching Netflix series and finding a great restaurant to eat. 

He says if you see out in the field, to do not be afraid to call him by his nickname, K.B.

He’s excited to get to know the city of Buffalo and it’s night life and tell meaningful stories to Western New York.
