BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo Police are investigating a fatal fall. According to police, a worker fell from the 7th-story patio of the Delaware Tower Condominiums.
Authorities say it happened just before 1 p.m. on Monday and the victim, a 49-year-old Lancaster man died at the scene.
Police said the man was working on the building when he fell from the 7th floor.
