Crews are working to help clean up damage from two confirmed tornados that passed through Hamburg and Holland in Western New York Thursday. A third tornado was also confirmed Friday in Allegany County.
Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz issued a no unnecessary travel advisory for southern Erie County from Orchard Park to Wales. In a statement, Poloncarz says that "possible tornadic activity caused extensive damage."
A travel ban was issued for the southern part of Orchard Park, but it has since been changed to an advisory. The Town of Hamburg has declared a State of Emergency.

A Travel Advisory is in effect until further notice for the Towns of Aurora, Hamburg and Orchard Park after a line of strong thunderstorms with damaging winds and possible tornadic activity caused extensive damage over a wide swath of southern Erie County. Emergency crews are deploying to affected areas to assess damage and begin cleanup efforts. Numerous reports of downed power lines, downed trees, and associated wind damage have been received from affected areas and will be investigated. Residents are asked to please refrain from driving in the affected areas until crews have been able to assess damages and get cleanup efforts underway.
2 On Your Side's Stephanie Barnes obtained this video that appears to show a funnel forming. That funnel would soon-after become a tornado.
WGRZ viewer Kevin karas sent us this video of a SUV and a trailer going airborne.
Orchard Park Police say they're responding to calls about roofs blown off houses, as well as fallen trees that have hit houses.
The storms also caused multiple power outages.
National Grid reported around 63 customers lost power in Erie County Thursday night, and a spokesperson said power should be restored by midnight.
NYSEG showed 2,578 without power in Erie County, as of 12 a.m. Friday. That number was down to 85 by 5 p.m. Friday, and most of the outages appeared to be in Holland, NY, according to NYSEG's Outage Map. The estimated restoration time provided by NYSEG is 7 p.m. Friday.
