CLARENCE, NY – A week after the rain, snow and ice began pounding Western New York, there are still some lingering effects that crews are trying to clean up in Clarence.

We headed out to Delaware Road Saturday, which is the last roadway there that's still closed thanks to the floodwaters that later froze over.

The town decided to let that section stay closed through the weekend since there aren't any homes or businesses there. We found one resident nearby cleaning up who says it was some of the worst he's ever seen.
