BUFFALO, NY- A bill that would have allowed the Buffalo Bills to start selling beer during their games at an earlier time is struggling to gain any support in Albany.

The Bills wanted to sell beer beginning at 11 a.m. for a 1 p.m. game. Currently the team is allowed to sell beer starting at noon.

The team argued that selling the beer at an earlier time would create a more controlled environment than tailgating.

2 On Your Side is told that while support is low, some lawmakers are continuing to work on the bill.
