ORCHARD PARK, N.Y.- If the whole coaching thing doesn't work out for Doug Marrone, the Buffalo Bills head coach should be a DJ.
The Bills started organized team activities on Wednesday. So, Marrone organized a playlist for the players, coaches and media to
lose their hearing enjoy.
The speakers blared a variety of jams, including country (Jason Aldean's "She's County"), pop (The Black Eyed Peas' "Let's Get it Started"), classic rock (Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Simple Man") and the twerk anthem, "Turn Down for What" by Lil' Jon.
Players, young and old, seemed to get a kick out of it. Rookie receiver Sammy Watkins said he was used to different playlists from his days at Clemson. Veteran defensive tackle Kyle Williams had a different tune, "It was loud!"
Even quarterback EJ Manuel could not ignore the decibels.
"We might have to tell him to turn it down. That was probably louder than any game I've ever played in."
Marrone stands by his selections and will not relinquish DJ duties.
"It will always be my playlist. So, if you have any complaints, my fault."
