BUFFALO, NY- Former Buffalo Bills wide receiver Andre Reed and NBC News reporter Luke Russert were among the 14 people named Buffalo Fan Alliance advisory board Monday.
Other members of the board include former Bills kicker Steve Christie, former Canisius and New York Giants wide receiver Phil McConkey.
Reed tweeted out the following after he was named to the advisory board.
The Buffalo fan alliance is a fundraising organization dedicated to keeping the Bills in Buffalo. They are not affiliated with the group organized by the Bills, Erie County and New York looking at the feasibility of a new stadium for the Bills.
"The number one goal, number one goal, keep the Bills in Buffalo. And when I mean Buffalo, I mean Western New York. I'm not picking a site," New York Senator Chuck Schumer said.
Schumer is a member of the stadium working group.
