PITTSBURGH - EJ Manuel and the Buffalo Bills offense struggled in the first game since the quarterback returned from being injured, losing to the Pittsburgh Steelers 23-10.

Manuel went 22 for 39 with 155 yards passing, one TD and one interception. That one touchdown came late in the game, however,after the outcome had already been decided.

Buffalo's rushing game also had difficulties moving the ball, running for less than 100 total yards on the day.

After a shaky start Pittsburgh's offense eventually was able to break down the Buffalo defense. QB Ben Rothlesburger went 18 for 30 with 204 yards passing and one TD and one interception. The Steelers also rushed for 136 total yards.

Buffalo is now 2-9 against Pittsburgh since 1993.
