AMHERST, N.Y.-Earlier this season Williamsville North head coach Bob Rosen won career game number 400 behind the Spartans bench. Tuesday night at the Northtown Center the Spartans earned a trip to the Federation Championship with a 3-0 win over Frontier.

Senior forward Bryce Ferrell scored all three goals for the Spartans, one in each period.

The Spartans will play Niagara Wheatfield for the Federation championship next Monday night at 8:30 at the First Niagara Center.

Rosen is the only coach the Spartans have had since Federation hockey began in the 90-91 season. He has guided them to four New York State public school championships.
